2020 REGISTRATION

2020 Registration for the following children is open from 18 March 2019 (9.00AM) to 03 April 2019 (5.00PM) through the Sarada Kindergarten's website. Thereafter, applications can be still submitted online, however, these will NOT be considered for the initial processing and chances of obtaining a seat in the Kindergarten will be very slim. Offer of a place in Sarada Kindergarten is NOT on first come first served basis but on many criteria.

Children born in 2016 and on 01.01.2017 are eligible to apply for 2020 Nursery.
Children born in 2015 and on 01.01.2016 are eligible to apply for 2020 K1.
Children born in 2014 and on 01.01.2015 are eligible to apply for 2020 K2.

ALL applications for 2020 K1 and K2 will be on waitlist subject to availability of seats in 2020. Before offering a child a seat, the child will be assessed to ensure that the child will be able to manage in our Centre.

Procedure: 
Please have the following documents available to complete the form online.

Singaporeans  
- Birth Certificate of Child
- Parents’ NRIC

PRs 
- Re-entry permit (“T” Reference)
- Parents’ NRIC

Others  
- Dependent/Visit/Long-term Pass & Passport for Child
- Dependent/Visit/Long-term Pass for parents

Steps
1. Complete the application form online from 18 March to 03 April 2019.

2. You will receive a computer generated acknowledgement with a reference number via your communication email.

3. A separate application must be submitted for each child in cases of twins or siblings.

4. You will be advised by the 10 May 2019 if your application is successful (For all 2020 Nursery applications only). If you do not receive a letter from us by this date, please note that your application is on waitlist. All K1 & K2 applications will be on waitlist and we will contact you individually to offer a place when a suitable vacancy arises.

5. At the point of accepting our offer, you are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of $100.00 + GST and a non-transferable deposit of $500.00. This deposit is refundable if you withdraw your application prior to 15 August 2019. Thereafter the deposit will be forfeited.

6. After the orientation (scheduled on 19 October 2019) any refund will be governed by the rules in our handbook. A copy of the relevant pages of the handbook will be attached to the offer letter.

7. To complete the enrolment of your child, you must give us a copy of your child's birth certificate, parents' NRICs or FIN cards / re-entry permits, Passport copy and a copy of your child immunisation record at the time of paying the registration fee.

8. Where school transport is required the offer is subject to the transport address indicated on the application form. If subsequently you move house, your move may necessitate a change in your child's session and/or bus. If seats in either of these are NOT available, Sarada Kindergarten will NOT be able to accommodate your child. All payment of registration fee, deposit and school fees will be forfeited.

All parents/guardians of 2020 Nursery children MUST attend the “TRANSITION” Workshop. This workshop is designed to equip you to help your child/children transit smoothly from home or playgroup to Nursery classes in Sarada. The charge for this workshop will be collected with the 2020 term 1 fees. This will be held in Nov 2019. Finalized dates will be released when the 2020 Term 1 fees are collected.

9. The choice of mother tongue (Tamil / Hindi / Mandarin) cannot be changed after e-application.

10. Ramakrishna Mission Sarada Kindergarten is an approved institution under the Children Development Co-Savings (Baby Bonus) Scheme. After admission if you wish to use your Baby Bonus Account to pay fees (only for approved items by MSF), please request for the relevant GIRO forms and GIRO deduction is only from Term 2 onwards or you may also use your baby bonus ATM card to make payment. 

11. Ramakrishna Mission Sarada Kindergarten reserves the right to accept or reject applications without giving any reasons.
