Applications for 2025 Registration can be submitted online from 9:00 am on March 22, 2024, until 5:00 pm on March 31, 2024.

Here are the eligibility criteria:

Children born in 2021 and on 01.01.2022 are eligible to apply for 2025 Nursery 2.

Children born in 2020 and on 01.01.2021 are eligible to apply for 2025 K1.

Children born in 2019 and on 01.01.2020 are eligible to apply for 2025 K2.

Nursery details:

Our Nursery 2 classes follow a 3-hour per session, with two sessions available: AM (8:30 am - 11:30 am) and PM (12:00 pm - 3:00 pm). Please note that parents cannot choose the session; it will be assigned by the kindergarten.

For subsequent years (K1 and K2), classes will be 6 hours long (9:00 am - 3:00 pm). Therefore, admission for the 2025 Nursery 2 program is conditional upon parents understanding and agreeing to this schedule.

K1 details:

Our K1 classes follow a 6-hour programme (9:00 am - 3:00 pm). Shortlisted applicants will be required to attend a pre-assessment session at the kindergarten.

K2 details:

We have K2 classes that follow a 3-hour or a 6-hour programme for 2025. Parents can apply for only one programme. Shortlisted applicants will be required to attend a pre-assessment session at the kindergarten.

Mother Tongue Languages

The choice of mother tongue [Tamil / Hindi] cannot be changed after application.

Submission of documents (only upon acceptance of offer letter)

To complete the enrolment of your child, you must submit to us a copy of your child's birth certificate, parents' NRICs or FIN cards/re-entry permits, passport and child's immunisation records (one dose of measles and three doses of diphtheria vaccinations) when accepting the offer letter.

Transport

Where school transport is required, the offer is subject to the transport address indicated on the application form. If you relocate thereafter, your move may require adjustments to your child's session and/or bus. If seats are unavailable in either of these, Sarada Kindergarten cannot accommodate your child and you may have to withdraw from the kindergarten. All payments of registration fee, deposit and school fees will thus be forfeited in this case.

Baby Bonus Scheme

Ramakrishna Mission Sarada Kindergarten is an approved institution under the Children Development Co-Savings (Baby Bonus) Scheme. After admission if you wish to use your Baby Bonus Account to pay fees (only for approved items by MSF), please request for the relevant GIRO forms and GIRO deduction is only from Term 2 onwards or you may also use your baby bonus ATM card to make payment.

Registration Outcome

Only shortlisted applicants will be notified of the registration outcome via e-mail by the 10th of June 2024. All other eligible applications will be transferred to the waitlist. We regret to inform you that if you do not receive any email correspondence from the kindergarten by the 30th of June 2024, it indicates that your application was not successful.

Ramakrishna Mission Sarada Kindergarten reserves the right to accept or reject applications without giving any reasons.
