Ramakrishna Mission Sarada Kindergarten warmly welcomes applications for the 2027 academic year.

Application Period:

📅 Opens: 02 April 2026, at 9:00 AM.

📅 Closes: 30 April 2026, at 5:00 PM.

Eligibility Criteria:

Nursery 2 : Children born in 2023 or 1 January 2024.

Kindergarten 1 (K1) : Children born in 2022 or 1 January 2023.

Kindergarten 2 (K2) : Children born in 2021 or 1 January 2022.

Programme Details:

Nursery 2: 3-hour programme (8:30 AM – 11:30 AM)

K1 & K2: 6-hour programme (8.30 AM – 2.30 PM)

Children participate in a well-balanced, holistic programme aligned with the NEL Framework, complemented by specially curated programmes such as Key to Learning (KTL), ICT, and Brain Gym, together with values-based learning experiences that support children’s overall development.

K1 & K2 details:

Shortlisted applicants will be required to attend an assessment session at the kindergarten prior to final offer.

Mother Tongue Languages:

The choice of mother tongue [Tamil / Hindi] cannot be changed after the application has been submitted.

Fee Structure

1.  Payment Upon Acceptance of Offer Letter.

* Deposit

The deposit will be used to offset the K2 Term 4 school fees. If the child withdraws before the start of the 2027 academic year, the deposit will be refunded subject to the required notice period.

2.  One-Time Payment Fees (Payable in August 2026) Prices are based on the 2026 fee schedule and are subject to final confirmation prior to the commencement of the new academic year

3.  For NU2 enrolment - 2027 Programme Fees (Payable in August 2026).

     For K1 or K2 enrolment- 2027 Programme Fees (Payable in August 2026).

Fee Definitions

Registration Fee (One-time)

This fee covers the administrative processing of the child’s enrolment, including application review, enrolment documentation, and the setting up of the child’s school records and systems.

Programme Fees (Termly)

Programme fees cover the delivery of the core educational programme, including teaching and learning experiences aligned with the centre’s curriculum. This fee is payable on a termly basis, four times a year, in accordance with the centre’s academic calendar.

Withdrawal Notice for New Enrolments

If the application is withdrawn BEFORE 3rd August 2026, the deposit will be refunded in full.

If the application is withdrawn AFTER the payment of term 1 fee but BEFORE the orientation (31st October 2026), the term 1 Fee will be refunded, but the deposit is forfeited.

If the application is withdrawn AFTER the orientation (31st October 2026), both the Term 1 Fee and the Deposit are forfeited.

Transport

The offer is subject to the transport address indicated on the application form. If you relocate thereafter, your move may require adjustments to your child's bus. If seats are unavailable, parents must arrange their own transport or may have to withdraw from the kindergarten. All payments will thus be forfeited in this case.

       Available Areas:

       Other areas may be considered if there are sufficient children from the same location.

       Fees:

       $250 – $300 per month (payable for ALL 12 months).

       Estimated Travel Time:

      Morning journey: 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes due to peak-hour traffic
      (children will reach school by 8.15am).

      Return trip: Usually within 1 hour.

Baby Bonus Scheme

We are a registered institution under the Children Development Co-Savings (Baby Bonus) Scheme. Parents can use Baby Bonus GIRO deduction (starting from Term 2) or Baby Bonus ATM card for payments.

Application Process

1. Application Submission

    •  Application for admission is free of charge.

    •  No payment is required at the point of application submission.

2. Offer of Placement

    •  If a place is available, parents/guardians will be issued an official Offer Letter.

3. Acceptance of Offer

    •  Upon acceptance of the Offer Letter, parents/guardians will be required to:

    •  Submit all required supporting documents; and

    •  Make payment of the registration fee and deposit to secure the placement.

4. Confirmation of Enrolment

    •  Enrolment is confirmed only upon:

    •  Receipt of the completed documents; and

    •  Full payment of the required fees.

Submission of documents (only upon offer letter)

To complete the enrolment of your child, please submit the following documents and payment when accepting the offer:

Required Documents

  •  copy of the child’s Birth Certificate.

  •  copy of parents’ NRICs / FIN cards / Re-entry Permits.

  •  copy of the child’s Passport (foreign children).

  •  copy of the child’s Immunisation Record (Child Health Booklet or official vaccination record), showing that the child has received the mandatory vaccinations required in Singapore, including Diphtheria and Measles (usually administered as the MMR vaccine).

Registration Outcome

  •  Shortlisted applicants will be notified by 5th May, 2026 via email.

  •  Unsuccessful applications will be placed on a waitlist.
